Purpose :
Takes either an INV or APM file and converts the record structure to a common format with additional fields for later processing.Procedure :
Reads input file and reformats to new structure.Calling Sequence :
- MAKEOOP inventory.xxx (either INV or APM)
- [/OUT=filename] {default is inventory.oop}
- [/VERBOSE]
- [/DEBUG]
- [/VERBOSE]
