UPDATE_CDINDEX.COM
Purpose :
Update XDSS index file and copies headers for export.
Procedure :
DCL command file that is run from the directory containing
the compression CD source tree.
eg. DISK$LOGICAL:[USA_AURA_STSI_XDSS_0123]
