· Investigated 5 bad guide star alerts. Continuing trend of more failures due to proper motion.

· Continued to develop software to update the keywords of the header files.

Plate Scanning

· Continued scanning the POSS-I O (blue) survey plates.

GAMMA Microdensitometer Systems

· GAMMA1 A/D board under construction.

Data Compression/CD Production

· Continued processing the POSS-I O (blue) survey plates.

Data Archive

· Migration of VMS media to new RAID arrays in progress

GSC-II

COMPASS Database

· Total Number of unique sources in the GCS2 database = 1,127,192,324

· Total Number of sources in the GSC23 Export catalog = 939,596,556

· Skymap matching completed

· Export code being updated to include SkyMap objects

· QA of export also in progress

· Identified and fixed bug in export code which was incorrectly filtering out a number of computed proper motions, particularly in the southern hemisphere.
